Terms of Use

These terms cover the Predict2Win website (predict2.win), Chrome extension, and Android app, run by Predict2Win INC, Duluth, GA 30097. By using them, you agree to these terms. Analysts in our affiliate program also agree to the analyst affiliate terms. Questions go to support@predict2win.app.
Who can use Predict2Win
- You must be 21 or older.
- You're responsible for knowing whether betting, trading, and fantasy play are legal where you are, and whether you're eligible at each operator you use.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
What Predict2Win is, and isn't
- Predict2Win shows picks, prices, scores, and tools for information only. It isn't financial, investment, or betting advice, and no pick or price is a promise of a result.
- Predict2Win isn't a sportsbook or an exchange. Your bets and trades are between you and the operator, under that operator's terms. You can lose money, and those decisions are yours.
- Picks come from analysts and other third parties, who are responsible for what they post. Prices, scores, records, and offers can be late or wrong, so check them with the operator before you act.
- We're independent of the companies named on this site. They don't own, operate, or endorse Predict2Win.
Exchange keys and orders
If you connect an exchange's API key, you confirm that you're allowed to use it this way under that exchange's rules. We use it as described in Settings and the privacy policy. Orders and cancels you confirm on the dashboard are your own instructions, and you're responsible for them. You can disconnect or revoke a key at any time.
Paid plans
What each plan includes and costs is shown on the site when you choose it. Features can change as the service changes.
Referral links
Some links to other companies are referral links, and we may get a reward when you sign up through one. Each offer is run by that company, under its own terms. Other sites' content and conduct are their own responsibility.
Fair use
Don't use Predict2Win to break the law, post false or harmful content, get into other people's accounts, interfere with the service, or copy or resell it. We can suspend or close an account that does.
Your content
Notes, picks, and comments you add stay yours. You let us store and show them as needed to run the service, including showing what you choose to post to other members.
No warranty, and limits on liability
Predict2Win is provided as is, without warranties, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for betting or trading losses, or for indirect or consequential losses, from using it or relying on it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Predict2Win at any time. The privacy policy explains how to delete your account.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Using Predict2Win after a change means you accept the new terms.
