Analyst Affiliate Terms
Effective October 30, 2026
These terms cover Predict2Win's affiliate program for analysts: you share your referral code or link, and you earn a commission on what the members who sign up with it pay. You agree to them when you apply to be an analyst, and they apply for as long as you're in the program. Questions go to support@predict2win.app.
Joining
- You must be 21 or older.
- Apply on the analyst page. We review every application and can approve or decline it for any reason.
- One analyst account per person. The details you give us must be true.
- You're an independent contractor, not our employee, partner, or agent. You can't make promises or offers on Predict2Win's behalf.
What you earn
These are today's rates. Your analyst dashboard always shows the rates in effect.
- Your sign-ups: 50% of what each member who signed up with your code or link pays for Light, Premium, or Pro, after payment fees (7.5% today), every month they keep paying, when they follow no other analyst.
- 25% when they follow other analysts too. The other 25% is split evenly among the analysts they follow, you included if they follow you.
- Your followers: when a member another analyst brought follows you and other analysts, you get an even part of that member's 25%.
- Recruiting: an extra 10% of the commission each analyst you recruit earns. Predict2Win pays it; it doesn't come out of theirs. Only the analysts you recruit count, not the ones they recruit.
Follows count as they stand when a month's statement is made, for follows made before the month ended. Commission keeps coming for as long as the member keeps paying (or the analyst you recruited stays in the program) and you stay in the program.
Who counts as your sign-up
- A member is yours when they open your link or type your code, then create their Predict2Win account. A code can be added in an account's first 7 days, and the first code recorded is the one that counts.
- Free members and free trials earn nothing until they pay. Members who joined without anyone's code earn no one commission, whoever they follow.
- Your own account, accounts you control, and other analysts' own memberships never earn commission.
- Refunded and charged-back payments don't count. If one comes after you've been paid, it's taken off a later statement.
- Our records decide which code each member signed up with. We can correct a code that was recorded by mistake.
Getting paid
- Each month gets a statement on your analyst dashboard, paid 30 days after the month ends, which leaves time for refunds and chargebacks.
- Payouts start at $25. A month under that carries over until your balance reaches it.
- Before your first payout we'll ask for your payment details and tax information (a W-9 in the US), and pay you the way we agree on.
- You're responsible for your own taxes. We'll send tax forms, such as a 1099, where the law requires them.
- The calculators on your dashboard are estimates. We don't promise any amount of earnings.
How to promote
Post where you already post: X, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, or your own site. You're free to promote other products too, including other betting tools.
- Say it's an affiliate link. Put #ad or "affiliate link" at the start of any post with your link or code, where people see it without opening the full post. In a video, say it and show it. Use the platform's paid-partnership label where it has one.
- Add the responsible gambling line: "21+. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER."
- Be truthful. Show your real record and results, and describe Predict2Win's plans and prices as the site does.
What's not allowed
- Promising wins or profit: "guaranteed", "can't lose", "risk-free", "quit your job".
- Fake or edited screenshots, bet slips, results, or reviews.
- Spam: unsolicited DMs or replies in bulk, mass tagging, bots, or bought followers or engagement.
- Signing up yourself or fake accounts with your code, or paying people (or giving them anything of value) to sign up with it, unless we've set up the offer with you.
- Paid search or social ads on "Predict2Win" or misspellings of it, and domains, handles, or pages that use our name.
- Saying or suggesting that Predict2Win employs you, speaks through you, or endorses or guarantees your picks.
- Hiding that a link is a referral link, or setting your referral for someone who didn't open your link or type your code.
- Aiming your posts at anyone under 21, or promoting Predict2Win where the law or a platform's rules don't allow it.
Our name and your posts
- You can use the Predict2Win name and logo, as they appear on the site, to promote Predict2Win. Don't change them or use them for anything else.
- Your posts stay yours. You let us reshare the ones that promote Predict2Win, with credit to you.
Leaving the program
- You can leave at any time by emailing support@predict2win.app. We can end your place in the program at any time too.
- If you leave, or we end it for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we pay what you earned through your last day on the usual schedule. Commission stops after that.
- If you break these terms, we can hold back or cancel the commission tied to the breach and remove you from the program. For fraud, such as fake accounts, self-referrals, or fake results, we can cancel all unpaid commission.
Changes
We can change these terms or the rates. We'll post a change on your analyst dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page. A change never reduces commission you've already earned. If you don't accept a change, you can leave before it takes effect; staying in the program after that means you accept it.
The rest
- The program, your link and our tracking are provided as is. If tracking misses a sign-up, we'll correct it when our records confirm it, but we aren't liable for earnings lost to outages or tracking errors.
- Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission we paid you in the 12 months before the claim.
- These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement about the affiliate program.
